I addressed the social power dynamics of multi-tasking and divided attention. Specifically, I talked about the consequences of sending postural cues that signal we are distracted and not actively listening when someone is addressing us.

Describes three technologies we designed and implemented to allow users to collaborate: HandyNote, MediaNote and Quiet Calls.
